These Terms of Service govern use of baisa.store and purchases from Baisa, operated by Pushpa Creation. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

1. Store information

Baisa sells Rajputi poshak fabrics, suit sets, odhanis and related ethnic-wear products. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, fabric products are supplied unstitched.

2. Product information

We aim to provide accurate titles, photographs, colours, fabric details, included items, lengths and prices. Screen settings, photography and lighting can cause minor colour differences. Handwork, printing, dyeing and fabric batches may also create small variations that are characteristic of the product rather than defects.

Please review the product description and choose the correct length or variant before placing an order. Contact us before ordering if clarification is needed.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. Taxes and applicable shipping, COD or other disclosed charges will be shown as required. Product availability is subject to stock. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.

4. Orders

An order is subject to acceptance, payment/verification, stock and delivery serviceability. We may contact you to verify order information. We may cancel an order and issue an applicable refund if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, fraud is suspected, information is materially incorrect or a genuine pricing/technical error occurred.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, Cash on Delivery and other methods shown at checkout. Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Do not share OTPs, card PINs, CVV or UPI PINs with Baisa staff.

6. Shipping, cancellation, exchange and refund

Shipping timelines, free-shipping conditions, COD eligibility, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Exchange, Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information; inspect product details before ordering; use products appropriately; and communicate respectfully with support and delivery personnel.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, video or testimonial, you confirm that it is genuine, lawful and yours to share. You grant Baisa permission to display and use the submitted content for store, social-media and marketing purposes, unless you withdraw permission for future use by contacting us. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, misleading or irrelevant content but will not create or present fake consumer reviews.

9. Intellectual property

The Baisa name, logo, website design, original photographs, written content and other owned material may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.

10. Prohibited use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a manner that harms the service, impersonate another person, commit fraud or use the website for unlawful activity.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, Razorpay, couriers, social networks and analytics providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Baisa is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Our responsibility for a product or order will be handled according to applicable law and the remedies stated in our published policies.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities in Surat, Gujarat. Customers may also use available statutory consumer grievance mechanisms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version published when the order was placed, except where a legal change requires otherwise.
